Annalies Nelson joined Envision originally in January of 2009. After taking a short leave to start a family from 2011-2016, she is back to continue assisting buildings earn LEED certification. Her role is to guide project teams through the LEED certification process in order to obtain the end result of the client’s target certification level.
Annalies grew up in the Commercial Real Estate world working for Business Central, a company who owns and operates several buildings in the greater Sacramento area. Prior to working for Envision, Annalies attended the University of San Diego and graduated with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting. During her college career, she was able to attend a Real Estate program in Hong Kong, China which really broadened her horizons in the business world.
The best part about her job is not only helping a project lower their carbon footprint but also helping their bottom line. She now lives in Wyoming and is trying to spread the LEED spirit to the Northwestern States.
